Terms of Service

Cerberus Systems CRM is a hosted, subscription-based customer relationship management platform for managing companies, contacts, opportunities, activities, tasks and related sales workflows. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the users you invite to your workspace. You must be authorized to enter into these terms on behalf of your business.

New workspaces may include a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription to one of our plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are stated on our pricing page. Prices may change, and where they do we will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and downgrading or cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will end at the close of the current period.

The company, contact and other records you enter into the service ("Customer Data") remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up and display that data solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter and for having the right to store it. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other customers' data, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful or infringing content, sending unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable law, or reverse engineering the platform. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

The Cerberus Systems software, branding and content are owned by Cerberus Business Systems and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cerberus Business Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, except where the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Alberta will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
